Start with the property and the people
A leak puts unfamiliar decisions into an ordinary day. You may need to decide who to call, whether to contact your insurer and what opening a floor could involve. We bring the plumbing stages into one defined residential package.
Know the scope before committing
The enquiry establishes the symptoms, property and previous findings. Once the work and appointment are agreed, a £100 deposit is deducted from the £1,345 total. Detection, necessary access and the agreed plumbing repair are included. Restoring decoration and other finishes remains separate, so you can plan for it openly.
Before arranging a visit
- Keep a simple timeline and photographs
- Find any previous plumber or insurer correspondence
- Explain practical access needs and water-use restrictions
Tell us about urgent damage or safety concerns at the first contact. A routine enquiry is not an emergency response service.
From the enquiry to the report
The enquiry establishes the address, symptoms and authority to arrange work. The scope and appointment are agreed before any deposit. Detection findings guide the proposed access, then the agreed plumbing is repaired and checked appropriately. A written Trace & Access report records the relevant findings and work.
For suitable agreed residential work, the package is £1,345 including applicable tax. The £100 deposit leaves £1,245. Decorative and remedial reinstatement remain separate from the plumbing package.
