Begin with the whole picture
The first mark on a ceiling or drop in heating pressure is the beginning of an investigation, not its conclusion. We consider the symptoms, the systems and the history of the property before selecting appropriate checks. That helps define the question the visit needs to answer.
Explain the reason for access
Detection methods can help reduce uncertainty, but a concealed pipe still needs to be reached for repair. We connect the findings to the proposed opening and explain the difference between the plumbing work and restoration of the surrounding finishes.
Carry the work through to the agreed repair
For agreed residential work, the £1,345 package connects specialist investigation with the plumbing repair. It includes detection and tracing, necessary access or excavation, parts and materials, suitable post-repair testing and a Trace & Access report. A 12-month workmanship warranty applies to the repair.
The £100 booking deposit is deducted from the total, leaving £1,245. Applicable tax is included. Decorative and remedial reinstatement, including restoring floors, plaster, paving and other finishes, is excluded. Commercial work is quoted separately. Read the complete package scope before arranging a visit.
Keep the outcome understandable
A Trace & Access report records the relevant findings and work. We explain what has been established, what was repaired and what remains outside the instruction. The 12-month workmanship warranty relates to the plumbing repair.
