Prepare your enquiry with the postcode and symptoms, then open WhatsApp and tap Send. We discuss the scope, access and availability before confirming an appointment. No booking or payment is created by preparing a message.
Price and payment
The agreed residential package is £1,345 including applicable tax. A £100 booking deposit is deducted from the total, leaving £1,245. Commercial work is quoted separately. Confirm payment timing, cancellation and refund arrangements in the booking terms before making any payment.
Authority and access
The person arranging work must have authority to do so. Entry, shared areas, water interruptions and access to other dwellings may need additional permission. Explain those requirements before the appointment.
The written agreement
Before agreeing or paying for a visit, check the legal business details, scope, appointment, deposit and balance timing, cancellation and refund arrangements, and warranty process in the written booking confirmation. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. No payment is taken on this website.
