An investigation that fits the property

Leak investigations for commercial premises

Build an investigation around the site’s operating requirements.

Start with the property and the people

A water interruption can matter as much as the leak for a working premises. Trading hours, plant, welfare facilities and restricted areas need to be understood before an investigation is scheduled.

Agree the operational plan

A commercial quotation defines the system, access, reporting and proposed work. A nominated site contact helps coordinate isolation, escorts and decisions during the visit. Existing drawings and previous tests allow the instruction to focus on what remains unknown.

Before arranging a visit

  • Describe essential water-dependent operations
  • Provide the site contact and induction requirements
  • Share plans and available isolation information

Commercial work is quoted separately. The £1,345 residential package is not applied to business premises.

From the enquiry to the report

The enquiry establishes the address, symptoms and authority to arrange work. The scope and appointment are agreed before any deposit. Detection findings guide the proposed access, then the agreed plumbing is repaired and checked appropriately. A written Trace & Access report records the relevant findings and work.

Communal and commercial instructions are quoted separately. The report requirements and practical arrangements should be included when defining the project.
