Confirm the instruction before paying a deposit so both parties understand the work.
Budget for the building finishes separately
Our package excludes decorative and remedial reinstatement. Replacing flooring, making good plaster, drying the structure and restoring paving may need separate arrangements. The included Trace & Access report can help document the plumbing findings, but it does not promise an insurer will pay any of those costs.
